Opening in 2020, the seven-story Rise Hollywood multifamily development will feature 369 residential units above 2,570 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and a subterranean parking garage.

The apartments will include 12 live/work units, 30 micro-units, and 20 units set aside for moderate-income households – which is defined by the California Department of Housing and Community Development as 80 to 120 percent of the area median income.
